Love Lovegrove's Go?

Welsh designer Richard Lovegrove is best known for his Go Chair, which is absurdly described as the 'Ferrari of chairs' on this retailer's website. The chair has an almost bone-like fragility, and is a perfect example of design which is modern, yet organic. There's an article about him here, in which he says that "The majority of design is vacuous." His own website is here, but it's probably one of the most minimalistic sites you'll ever see. Nice, squishy bean shape, though.

Organic concrete?

Fu-Tung Cheng is a California designer best known for his kitchen and bathroom counter tops, but who also redesigns whole interiors, mainly in concrete, which he colours, moulds and polishes until it takes on organic forms and patterns.

According to this article, the way he works is organic too, with mistakes being incorporated into the process to produce beautiful results.
